You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days following the day of delivery. The item(s) must be returned sealed, unused, and in original condition. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy page for the full procedure and conditions. Used vaporizers cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Products are supplied in sealed packaging for hygiene and safety reasons. If the manufacturer’s seal or protective packaging has been broken, we may be unable to accept a return unless the item is faulty. This is because breaking the seal may affect the resale value and hygiene status of the product.
If a returned item is not in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction to reflect any loss in value.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
4.3 Product Fault Claims
Every vaporizer that we sell comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty. The improper use of the devices we sell may void any applicable warranty.
Third-Party Warranty (Storz & Bickel / PAX): You understand and agree that warranty claims for products manufactured by Storz & Bickel and PAX must be registered directly through their official service pages. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective brand. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, and you may contact us for support with faulty goods.
4.4 Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Instructions/Products

- Faulty or defective items, in line with your statutory rights Due to hygiene and product integrity considerations, used vaporizers cannot be returned or refunded unless they are confirmed to be faulty following inspection.
