1. Faulty Goods on Arrival

This Vaporizer Return Policy gives you 100% confidence that if you change your mind or receive a defective product, you can return it to us for replacement or a refund. Therefore, please take the time to read this policy before you place your order.

In the rare event that a product you receive from us is defective on arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Please note, you must notify us of any faults and defects within 24 hours of delivery. You can do this by email or using our contact form.

Packaging: You must send back all items in their original packaging and include the dispatch note.

Resolution: As soon as our Returns Department receives the product and confirms the defect, we will dispatch a replacement or immediately issue a refund.

Processing Time: Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your payment method, but they are often quicker.

2. Change of Mind Returns (Unopened Items)

Should you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us of your intent within 14 days of receiving the order. You can contact us by email or through the contact form.

Refund: You are entitled to a full refund for the product(s).

Postage: You will be responsible for any return postage costs. As a result, we strongly recommend you use a tracked or signed-for delivery service with appropriate compensation levels. Consequently, we can only process refunds once the item has safely arrived with us.

Condition: We require the product(s) to be returned in their original, unused condition, unopened with wrapped or sealed packaging. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any items that have been opened or used.

We will only process refunds once we receive the product(s) and confirm that the item is sealed and unused.

3. Vaporizer Use & Returns Notice

Vaporizers operate differently from traditional combustion methods and produce vapour rather than smoke. As a result, some customers may initially find the experience different or less intense than expected.

Achieving the desired results can depend on a range of factors including technique, temperature settings, materials used, and personal preference. In some cases, customers may require time and adjustment to become familiar with vaporization, and not all devices will suit every individual.

For this reason, dissatisfaction with performance, personal preference, or difficulty adapting to vaporization does not constitute a fault.

We accept returns in the following circumstances only, this does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, which applies only to items returned unused and in a condition suitable for resale:

  • Unused items returned within the applicable return period (change of mind), in a condition suitable for resale (point 2 above)
  • Faulty or defective items, in line with your statutory rights Due to hygiene and product integrity considerations, used vaporizers cannot be returned or refunded unless they are confirmed to be faulty following inspection (point 1 above).

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that vaporizers may require a period of adjustment and that returns can not be accepted on the basis of personal preference, dissatisfaction with performance, or inability to achieve a desired effect.

4. General Information and How to Send Your Return

We will make all refunds to the same account and using the same payment method that you used to place the order. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to swap an item, please return the item and place a new order online.

You must include a copy of the original dispatch note with a completed returns section in the package.
