I successfully placed my order but I didn’t receive an order confirmation email

As soon as your payment goes through, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please look in your spam folder just in case. Still can’t find it? No worries—just reach out to us using the form below, and we’ll be happy to resend it to you.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible using the form below. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can still return any unwanted items in line with our return policy. Please note that return postage for unwanted items is covered by the customer.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for you and issue a refund. For card or bank payments, refunds may take up to four business days to appear in your account.

 

If you need to update the shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the form below. We can only make changes before your order has been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to change the address. In that case, you will need to wait for the package to arrive at the original address or arrange a return according to our return policy.

We dispatch orders placed before 10am on the same working day. Orders placed after 10am will be sent out on the next working day. All parcels are shipped using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1pm.

The receipt for your order is attached to the order confirmation email and there is a printed copy included in the package with your order.

If it’s been more than 48 working hours since you received your dispatch confirmation, please first check whether the courier may have left your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us using the form below and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted goods – these must be returned in original as new condition with all tags attached/packaging intact. For further returns information, please visit our Returns page.

Visible vapour isn’t always guaranteed when using a vaporizer. Vapour density can vary depending on factors like the heating method, the material used, airflow, temperature, and even humidity.

If you’re used to e-juice devices, keep in mind that they naturally produce thicker clouds because e-liquid contains vegetable glycerin, which creates visible vapour. Herb, wax, and oil vaporizers generally produce less.

To get a realistic idea of what to expect from a specific device, we recommend watching independent YouTube reviews. If thicker vapour is your priority, a few general tips may help:

~ For herbs, use a fine grind and pack firmly enough to maintain good airflow.

~ With convection vaporizers, make sure the oven surface is evenly covered.

~ Higher temperatures usually create more visible vapour (though flavour may be reduced at temperatures above ~180°C).

~ Take deeper inhales and exhale promptly.

Even well-known desktop vaporizers can produce anything from barely visible vapour at lower temperatures to dense clouds at higher settings.  While big clouds can look impressive, the best indication that your vaporizer is working properly is how the material looks and tastes after use. Vaporizers are designed for efficient extraction and flavour—not necessarily maximum cloud production.

How long does it take to ship to my order?

We dispatch all packages on the same, or next, working day depending on the time of the order, and we send all our orders with Royal Mail Tracked24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery, so it should arrive at your address the following business day. Please be aware that orders shipping to Scotland, Northern Ireland and remote addresses usually take one more business day to arrive.

Due to changing regulations, we can only dispatch to UK addresses at present.

You’ll need to have 3D Secure enabled on your card to complete online purchases safely. To activate it, please contact your bank and ask them to turn on 3D Secure for your card. This added layer of security helps protect you against unauthorised transactions. Once it’s enabled, you can place a new order and complete your payment. We also have the option to complete and pay for your order with Paypal or Link payments.

We publish any live discount codes on our Social Media channels. If you have a discount code you can apply the code at the checkout.

Yes, all orders are sent in plain, unbranded brown boxes with no references to Perfectly Legal Vaporizer Supplies on the external packaging.

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, we operate exclusively online. All orders must be paid in full before leaving our warehouse. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer in-person collection. Your order will be delivered straight to your door, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
